Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Priority Delivery: 2-3 business days

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country:

  • Canada: 5-7 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7-10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-12 business days

⚠️ Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected upon delivery.


📦 Packaging & Handling

Every EverMom Skincare order is:

  • Carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit
  • Discreetly shipped with no external branding for your privacy
  • Eco-conscious: We use recyclable and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible
  • Temperature-controlled when necessary to protect product quality
  • Quality-checked before shipping to ensure you receive fresh, sealed products

🎁 Gifting? Add a personalized message at checkout. Gift wrapping available for an additional fee.

Orders with multiple items are combined into one shipment unless requested otherwise.


📅 Processing & Delivery Schedule

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day (Monday-Friday)
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the next business day

Delivery Days:

  • Monday to Friday (business days only)
  • No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays

Holiday Shipping:

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day), processing and delivery may take 3-5 additional days. We'll notify you of any delays.


⚠️ Important Notes

Remote or Rural Areas:

  • May require additional delivery time (2-5 extra days)
  • May incur additional shipping fees (calculated at checkout)

Missed Deliveries:

  • If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions
  • Packages returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts may incur reshipping fees
  • Please provide accurate shipping information and be available during delivery windows

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only (Standard Shipping)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) accepted with extended delivery times

Address Changes:

  • Contact us immediately at support@evermomskincare.com if you need to update your shipping address
  • Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped

📦 Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • SMS updates (if you opted in) with delivery status
  • Real-time tracking link to monitor your package

Tracking typically activates within 24-48 hours after shipment.


📋 Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Damaged Products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@evermomskincare.com
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days
  • We'll work with the carrier to locate your package
  • Once confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund your order

Incorrect Orders:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with order details
  • We'll arrange a return (prepaid label provided) and send the correct items
