Refund Policy

At EverMom Skincare, we want every product to feel like the perfect fit for your skincare journey. If something doesn't feel right with your order, we're here to help — with a simple, clear, and customer-first process.


✅ Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • You notify us at support@evermomskincare.com within this timeframe
  • The item is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Important: Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened and sealed items, except in cases of damage or defect.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • ❌ Items that have been damaged, altered, or stored improperly after delivery
  • Custom bundles or personalized products
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (marked at checkout)
  • ❌ Gift cards or digital products
  • ❌ Products purchased from third-party retailers (not through evermomskincare.com)

🩹 Exception: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you received a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or expired
  • Wrong item or different from what you ordered

We will replace or refund it — even if opened — as long as you report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.


📝 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@evermomskincare.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Product name(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for return (e.g., changed mind, damaged, allergic reaction concern)
  4. Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage (if applicable)

📧 Response time: We'll review your request within 24-48 hours and provide next steps.


🔄 Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Review & Approval

Our team will assess your request and may ask for additional details if needed (e.g., batch number for quality control).

Step 2: Return Instructions

If approved, we will provide:

  • Return authorization number (required for processing)
  • Return shipping address
  • Prepaid return label (for damaged/defective items only)

📦 Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns (unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect).

💡 Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

Step 3: Return Shipment

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include your return authorization number inside the box
  • Ship to the provided return address
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive your return

Step 4: Refund Issuance

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved returns: Refund processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Rejected returns: We'll notify you with explanation and may return the item to you at your expense

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).


💳 Refund Details

What gets refunded:

  • Product cost
  • Taxes paid
  • Original shipping fees (only if the product was defective/damaged/incorrect)

What does NOT get refunded:

  • Return shipping costs (unless product was faulty)
  • Original shipping fees (for change-of-mind returns)
  • Gift wrapping fees

Partial Refunds:

We may issue a partial refund if:

  • Item is returned after the 14-day window (at our discretion)
  • Item shows minor signs of use (opened seal, missing tamper-evident sticker)
  • Packaging is damaged but product is intact

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:

  1. Request a refund for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the product you want

This ensures faster processing and avoids shipping delays.

Exception: If you received the wrong item, we'll send the correct one immediately at no extra cost.


🎁 Gift Returns

If you received an EverMom Skincare product as a gift:

  • Contact us with the gift receipt or order number
  • We'll issue a store credit for the product value
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase (no expiration)
